Ian Tozer completed his culinary training in the UK and then soon found work in America, for the next ten years Ian worked in luxury resort & hotlel kitchens in Los Angeles, San Francisco & Scottsdale, Arizona Ian then turned his culinary attention toward Tokyo, Japan and over the course of the last thirteen years has played a major role in opening and operating some of Tokyo’s best loved American restaurants. During Ian's long and ilustrious career he has catered for George Lucas at his Skywalker ranch, Produced a gala dinner for 600 bankers on Alcatraz island & co-ordinated PGA golf & WTP, Tennis events, Ian’s 30 years in the F&B business he has never lost his creativity, determination and flair for the business

Tony Beales

Tony Beales Chef and proprietor of Beales Gourmet based at Compton Acres has an ilustrious background. Having trained for three years at Bournemouth & Poole college, he then spent three years in London continuing his training at establishments such as Harrods, Hyatt Carlton towers and working for Anton Mossiman's outside catering company. It was in London where Tony won the presigious " Acadamy Culinaire Award of excellence" equivalent to young chef of the year. He then continued his training at a two Michelin starred restaurant in Provence. After traveling the world sampling cuisine from every continent, Tony then spend ten years in the south of France catering on board private yachts, in exclusive alpine chalets and in private residences before holding the prestigious title of personal chef to the Queen of Bahrain
